Creative Wellbeing Workshops for Early Teens

This is an innovative workshop for children and early teens designed to help
them navigate through change and transitions in their lives. Both Emer and
Éilish has a background in Education and Psychology. They came together to
combine their skills to create a space that offers children a nurturing and
creative program.
This three-day workshop address transition, particularly in relation to the
move from primary to secondary school.
The program combines creative art projects with meditation, breath work and
nature connected team building activities.
Emer and Éilish both feel passionate about empowering young teenagers at
this delicate stage of life where children are very easily influenced.
These three-day workshops will take place during July and August but the numbers
will be kept to a strict minimum as the intention is to give children time and
space to strengthen resilience and grow in confidence.
Early booking is strongly advised.

Having spent fifteen years working with children as a primary school teacher
Éilish has become very mindful of the new challenges that face our children
today. With a background in Psychology and an ongoing study and interest in
Well-being, holistic therapies and yoga, Éilish is delighted to be working with
Emer to offer a dynamic, innovative workshop aimed at empowering the next
generation.
